The flexibility and precision of digital printing allows us to provide a service for small quantity or full production runs.
With traditional forms of garment decoration such as screen printing the set-up costs for small orders are not cost effective. The digital transfer system allows a one-off print to be produced quickly and at a lower cost, with the accurate reproduction of intricate detail or photographs.

Our Roland Cutter enables us to cut vinyl graphics for window displays, signs, banners, vehicle graphics and profile cutting of full colour garment transfers. The improvement in materials produces transfers that can be washed, dry cleaned, tumble dried and ironed, making them ideal for sports, promotional, work wear and leisure use.
Sublimation printing is a process used to imprint your design onto products with a receptive polymer-based surface.
First the artwork is scanned into a computer and reversed to produce a mirror image. The design is printed using sublimation inks onto transfer paper and then heat applied to the product – t-shirts, mugs, name tags, metal plates, etc.  Computer cut lettering is the ideal solution for those times when garments need individual naming or numbering and when small quantities are required.
